Myrkwood: 0.4.0 (or v4)

Buffed Axe of Dionaea, added options to the title screen, allow the player to exit levels at any time, fix level scrolling bug, revamped upgrading to not just be for weapon damage, and now there’s a cap too. Also there’s status effects now and various bug fixes.
